Does anyone know the salary range at Epic? Want to apply but don’t want to waste my time if google is correct and it only pays ~70k. The salary ranges from my in-house search so far have been so unpredictable.

Need to do an SQL test for an interview where I import provided data from excel/Google sheets and manipulate it. I can’t use my work SQL and I’m used to using SQL Server. Does anyone know of free SQL versions that I could use for this? Saw mySQL but it won’t work right on my computer and am looking at SQLite but it looks so different from what I’m used to.

Please help 🙏 Has anyone done human/employee due diligence before? I’m thinking I’m going to approaching it where I do a mix of 1:1 and workshop style “interviews” to assess the quality and skills of people coming from a company to be acquired. How does one does this in practice? What types of questions should I be asking given I don’t have domain expertise in all these areas, and what does an final output/deliverable look like? I have got Offer from Publicis Sapient, CTC 14LPA, Permanent Remote work. However I have heard recently they are firing lots of resources , they are engaged in hire and fire policy.

Anyone have a sense of why Deloitte got hit so hard by layoffs? I’ve heard four potential reasons:
1. Client mix / type of work
2. Leverage
3. Over hired in anticipation of growth

Advice Please
It's been 4month with the team with no manager. I recently joined the organization and the team I am part of is headed by a lead and one analyst.
So being a new member as Sr.Data Analyst I sometimes have to report to analyst. Considering the fact that he has been part of the team for past 1 year and sometimes he sounds like lead as he is leading some project.
On other hand my manager is continuously asking me take lead in project and try to reduce dependency on that analyst.

Seems like industry are on target 😅. Door dash ...now who's next 🤞
