Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?
Hi fishes, in urgent need of your suggestions.
One of my friend is having offer from Oracle Pune for software developer role in Oracle store team. but he does not have clear idea of the role whether it will be operations, support or development work.
Does anyone know what kind of work is there in store team. Also, is it possible to change the project once we get inside?
Urgent suggestions required...
Thanks!

Theres usually a happy medium: "realize I have a lot of client knowledge/ rapport, interests lie elsewhere, can we consider a transition in a few weeks/ months while we line up someone else?"
What about having an open conversation with your project manager and coach? Usually they try to keep you happy if you make your preferences known
I've done it. Hurts your perception and year end but it will get you off doing that kind of work.
Agree with A1, just make sure the replacement is doing well and impresses the client. I've seen clients get cold feet with new resources and force project managers hands in keeping the old ones. A smooth transition is something that can look good for you at year end.
Good points. I worry that I have too much legacy knowledge for them to want me to leave, was one of the few that wasn't asked to leave after phase first phase and am already project crutch. Just don't know how to doing to engagement leadership that I want to leave when I've been doing well and the rest of them are in the thick of it too
It's called fucking client management!!! Not yelling at you Op just venting. good leadership can manage transitions....
