What’re mechanics of paying back sign on bonus if you leave in clawback period? If sign on was 10K and you got 6 post tax. Do u need to pay back 10? What if you don’t have it? Is there payment plan?
Has anyone encountered a situation where they are not able to negotiate anything after receiving an offer? If so, how did you handle it? Walk away? The company that I am trying to negotiate with is not willing to budge at all in terms of salary after saying that there was flexibility in terms of price point.
