Has anyone ever heard of companies having a blacklist? I did an internship with a company and now whenever I try to get staffed onto that account, the client won't staff me. Happened many times..

Do you block off chunks of time in your day to avoid meetings? For example, time for lunch, or heads down time for focused work, etc. I wonder if this is unethical? For those who do it, how much time do you typically block off in a day?

Looking to implement a new agency resourcing, project management and cost tracking tool. We are a small agency (50 employees) and would likely not have somebody to dedicate full time to "running" the tool. We use a separate accounting system for billing and GL, but could integrate if we found the right system. If you've got a small agency system thats working for you, please share your thoughts.
