My I797 expired, however I have 10 months remaining on initial 6 year period. I’m looking for opportunities in US for getting H1B/L1. I’m open for positions in India initially as well. This is super specific. And no. I have negotiated for a higher salary though and put more money toward my student loans.

You can suggest the work out a program with tuition io. Many tech companies offer this as a benefit.

Apparently it is a thing in GroupM. Recently introduced, unsure if they have rescinded this benefit after COVID.
I hatched a plan to get covered for pursuing further education, then join a company that retroactively pays loans. Double dipping, babeh!
Wait you want your agency to pick up $30-$50,000 of your debt? Why not ask them to pick up your credit card debt while you’re at it
a company paying off student loans or continuing ed is indeed a thing. they consider education as an investment in you.
I was a contractor at a large streaming service for a while. this was one of many perks they offered staff.
