Hi Fishes, I am a Subcon working at CG and have resigned recently with NP of 30 days. Is it necessary to explain as why I have decided to leave? If yes, will it be okay if I tell them practical reason but it would be a lie ofcourse. By any means, i have no intentions of staying back/receiving conversion or even hike since I have a way better opportunity with an organisation of repute and I don't want to get into any corporate politics. Will it be a problem for me if they find out later?Capgemini

Need to stay with the company until 12/31 to get the bonus. Will put a two week notice and select 1/4 as the final day. Let’s see what happens.
Exited ACN over holidays after the bonus hit — rolled off and paid me 3.5wks until first week of Jan on the bench when offices reopened to turn in laptop. Also went to a client so prob wanted me to leave on good note
I put notice in yesterday, and still have to work through my last day. Wish I could not work and still be paid the 2 weeks lol
I’m in this exact situation. I’m planning to not let the employer know until mid-break and I’ve already taken some time off post-break that they can cut if they want but that’s less of an issue for me (basically I built in the “you can just quit now” buffer)
