(Cont’d) just debating on taking my clearance elsewhere, stopped applying in hopes I would onboard soon. I was cleared back in April.

Just go somewhere else like Deloitte or Booz

Don’t come here

Why not? What's the issues with Deloitte's GPS?

What kind of work do you do? If it’s tech, don’t come here

Hey there, I’m in GPS tech at EY. Think of it this way: the types of work that we do likely won’t change very quickly. If they haven’t found you a spot yet, it’s likely that positions matching your skill set may be few and far between here. Sounds like you’re particular skills just aren’t a match for the contracts we have.

I’m contracting with a company in an admin role, but sometimes I’m asked to do projects that would normally be outsourced to a marketing or design company like designing a flyer for example. It’s not in my job description, but I have the skills to do this work and so why not ask me to do it? Is it out of the question to ask if I can be paid for that work under a separate fee as a consultant or something? Is that even possible?

Hello Fishes,

I need some advice regarding this situation and what to do. So I work for a company that offers outsourcing services to major investment banks around the world. I have been working for a new client for about six months now and they seem to like my work so far. Recently I saw that they're hiring to get people on their team at my level. My question is, should I talk to my client and try to pursue them to consider me for the role they're hiring for?

Hi Fishes
I have recently joined bank of america, india branch, it's not been 15 days actually. And they are asking all the employees who are working from home to come to office. Which is 18 april. Can we as a employee ask the company to continue with the work from home model.
