I have working as a Data Scientist in one of the leading analytics firm, I wanted to move to Google as Data Scientist, for which I'm taking a year of prep, someone plz guide me the way to prepare, upskill and crack their interviews.

Looking at exit roles and have accepted they all require a pay cut - it 1) feels insane to be walking away from higher current and higher future potential (partner) money, and 2) how do I go about figuring out how much of a pay cut I can/should absorb?

I went to them with a solution that would resolve a couple issues within the current staff and put me into a higher position/supervisor role. They agreed that having me in this role would solve the issues and also that I would be able to handle the responsibility that comes with it. They only gave me $2/hr
