Most doctors wont do it.

Why on earth would you want to?
Genetic counselors explain that the majority of abnormal embryos (for example tested after fresh transfers that had no genetic screening whatsoever versus PGT first prior to frozen transfers) typically self-select out, meaning one would likely miscarry anyway. However, yes, in the rare instances the pregnancy does go to term, the risks of congenital issues are significantly higher for high-grade mosaic and abnormal embryos. There are certain in-utero screening tests that can be done including amniocentesis but the risk always remains - even in spontaneous (“natural”) pregnancies.
Individuals have varying degrees of personal risk tolerance and make decisions with the information provided by their care team. Most physicians are averse to transferring abnormal embryos but there are a few clinical sites in the country in CA and CO that are conducting trials specific to patients who have no other embryos to transfer given the lack of conclusive research pertaining to outcomes from (largely) mosaic and abnormal embryos that may result in healthy births outside of well-known trisomies.

I get wanting to be a biological parent, but studies like this should not be published as they’re irresponsible and give people false hope. I have a mosaic chromosomal deletion. You don’t want your child to have one.
Abnormal how? Lower quality grading or PGT mosaic?

Chromosome deletion for one. Have to clarify for the others.
