Does EY GDS allows internal transfer to countries like Canada and the US. Although, I understand that technically these countries have different entities such as EY Canada and EY US but do they provide any help here?
Let's say I get the Canada PR myself, will my manger at EY GDS recommend me to EY Canada? That won't be an internal transfer but still will be helpful enough to get a job once I move to Canada?

Accenture is paying me 10 LPA fixed and I am afraid that I might get fired in the near future due to the high salary.

I am considering switching to tech sales. Currently I am in an Account Executive type role for a Recruiting company. Was curious to know more about BDR/SDR KPI expectations and if it would be better to start a career with a large company or mid sized company within the space.

I was thinking HR software would be the logical transition for me but I would also be interested in selling Sales Intelligence software.

I’m depressed. Nothing unique about my depression - I’m in big law, my career defines me, when I’m not working I can’t find the will to get off the couch, I’m sad or I’m numb…I know I’m the only one that can make a change to my life…I’m on antidepressants. Just extremely unmotivated and paralyzed. Self-help books are not for me, but I am curious - has anyone tried a guided depression/anxiety journal? Any recommendations if so? Or, if you have experienced the same, what steps did you take?

I’ve been in a major struggle lately. The past 4 years I’ve had brain surgery, cousin committed suicide, mother had a stroke, and my grandmother fell and landed on her head last week. After my surgery, I was diagnosed with depression, OCD, PTSD, and severe anxiety. I’m officially epileptic and now limited to what I can do outside. Point is, it has been so hard to focus on work but I really do enjoy my job. I’ve had seizures on and off lately. Any advice?

I am a perfectionist. I absorb and take personal responsibility for mistakes made by my team. I act confident on the outside but feel like a novice on the inside. I struggle with articulating myself..

Does anyone else in public accounting feel bogged down by the need to be constantly billable. I read posts in other bowls/Reddit about people in industry taking about having nothing to do or finishing their work in a couple days and it blows my mind. How do you guys manage to disconnect and reset/refresh during weekends/vacation? I want to relax on weekends, but just end up being depressed and in bed most of the times.

My sister is saying she has suicidal thoughts, constantly has “panic attacks”, and tries to talk to any and everyone about her problems and doesn’t listen to my, medical or therapist advise related to treatment and medication. I’m getting exhausted dealing with this everyday, but feel like I have to be compassionate 24/7 even though she chooses to ignore my advise or medical professionals (my advise is usually in line with theirs in terms of treatment and focusing on self versus constant prayer)
