Just a rant: A friend of mine told me she attended an awesome leadership conference with entrepreneurs in their 20s. I went to HR today to finally complain about my bully. I didn't realize what he has been doing had been bullying, sexist shit: threatening me with performance appraisals (he's the same level as me but is the "pillar lead" of our group) and replacement.
