Has anyone experience with consumer goods startup? I have questions about how to start, financial aspects etc

In IBM the Annual Reference salary (excluding pf and gratuity) they are providing that is the take home salary or some deduction also we can expect there. I mean if the package in 13.5 without pf and gratuity then what can be the monthly salary?

Right now I am at a Semi-Conductor Giant as an HR Operations Specialist, and this new job is going to be a People Operations Associate.
I’ll be working directly with the Director in building out People Programs, Onboarding, etc for a startup that just finished Series C funding.
I have been at this Semi-Conductor giant for 1 month but the startup has no problem with this at all

Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All
