No they don’t do invitations by geography, only according to “when they reviewed applications”.

They reached out to me to ask for help and I’ve tried, but…

If you had 3-4 months off before starting an MBA program, what would you do? Usually I would travel internationally, but COVID restrictions make it a bit difficult. Am interested in things like: working on an organic farm/vineyard, national parks, wellness retreats (been a difficult year and I want to work on myself mentally), etc.

My firm is paying for my MBA and if I leave now I’ll have to pay anything they’ve paid all back. Assuming I leave now, would it be possible for me to get a student loan to pay the firm back or would it have to be a personal loan since it’s not going directly to school to but rather paying the firm for school? What are my options? Has anyone gone through this before? Thanks!!

Serious feedback and answers requested for D commercial offer. Currently a Mgr, applied to Mgr role, Recruiter extended me an offer, however it was for a Sr Consultant position, and said they would put me on a fast track path to Mgr. They also alleged that they want to ensure I come in and learn the D way and learn their methods so I have a better chance of success. Q. Is there such a thing as a fast track path? I find this offer almost offensive, since I am already performing at the Mgr-level.

Any tips for prepping on a move to a new role? Starting new role at Accenture (tech delivery), coming from industry, no idea what to expect. I mostly worked on smaller scale projects, a lot of them internal. I have a month, so can do some prep work (courses, network, books, etc) to not be fully lost. Don't know where to start (client work, all the new technologies used, multiple industries, pure size of the organisation). Also, should I add any of my interviewers on LinkedIn? Is that normal?
