I applied last year and wasn't selected. Asked for feedback and they told me they reject plenty of very qualified 5/5, 4/5, and 4/4s and that 3s just don't make the cut
Sorry to rain on your parade. :( but it's hard to get in and I don't want other people to waste their time like I did
1. Be a top performer. 2. Have a good biz case.
6. Kiss some ass of higher ups
I heard you have to get a 5 to be considered...
G360 Accounts only, make sure you can transfer within an existing project in the US to the same client in the desired country, otherwise good luck getting in
If you have a 3 rating in the last 2 years don't bother applying. You also need PPED support from the country you're trying to go to
3. Write a compelling application 4. Submit the application 5. [insert other common sense here]
Good luck! It also helps if you're a rising star
Yeah, only 53 candidates from the US were taken last year. This program should be more widely available. I think you could market the crap out of this if it were several times bigger. It's only for three months.
I am sure to get home office PPED support. Can make a good biz case. But got a 3 :( counsellor blamed it on national normalization and said he can include feedback of high performance but not sure if it will help. Has any actually done the rotation ? What the key metric for picking a candidate ?
Thanks guys !
