Hope you are doing well.
I have a condition and want to know your opinions. I have given a particular date 30th May of joining in offer letter Legato Health Technologies , but now they are saying that the joining will be delayed by a day Or two.
I am getting confused about this and also getting a little bit afraid as well as I have already says no to other offers and now this happens...
Request you all to please help me on this.

I did! It was a great experience. I delivered at GBMC. My ob was also pregnant and left the office when I was 33 weeks pregnant to move out of state. She encouraged me to see the 3 remaining drs in the office for the remainder of my pregnancy and I’m glad I took her advice because of the Kaiser drs will deliver you at the neighboring hospital and I was happy to see a familiar face. Planning to have another in a year or 2 and will stay with Kaiser until then
At that time I had Kaiser through Medicaid because I was enrolled full time in grad school and my only bill was a $30 bill for “ personal items” at the hospital, however with my current Kaiser plan, I’m not sure of the name it’s covered through my employer, I should not have to pay more than $250 to give birth. There’s a place on the kp.org portal where you can choose different services/procedures and it show you how much it costs out of pocket based on your plan. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Glad to help
Yes, first I started in Washington state but then midway through my pregnancy moved to Falls Church VA with Kaiser the whole time. Delivered at Virginia hospital center. We switched to a platinum plan bc I was nervous about the cost of birth which definitely ended up working on our favor since our daughter ended up in the NICU with fluid in her lungs. I would say it would be very likely for you to reach your out of pocket Max on any plan you are on when giving birth
There are a handful of threads on DC Urban Mom running through Kaiser options in the DMV as well. I recall people being generally satisfied.
