I've been in Consulting for ~3 yrs and I love it. I moved to Big4 from industry (2 yoe at FAANG after graduation) mostly because I got bored there. Consulting keeps me thinking, exciting, and (what seems like ages ago now) travelling.

I terminated a former employee for consistently missing deadlines, v. poor quality of work (basic spelling mistakes), costed me $500k in errors and subsequently called him a “bottom-tier performer” to my girlfriend.
