My resume has been getting pickup by recruiters because of my Accenture brand and the ironical phone screening usually is along the lines of “perfect, I’m going to send this to our hiring manager. I’m sure we will be going on to scheduling interviews after your resume is reviewed by the manager.” Fast forward two days and I receive an automated response “thank you for applying to XYZ we have decided to move on” why am I not even getting an interview? I have recently completed my oracle director round and i mentioned my expected ctc in director round and after 2 weeks i got call from HR that i will be getting my offer letter next week but he didn't mention the offer number? can I renegotiate the offer with counter offer(which i got in between the 2 weeks and is more than the expected CTC which i mentioned in director round) if the offer provide by oracle is less ORACLE
