Has anyone gone through Salesforce Industries/ Vlocity interview process? How long does it take to get written offer letter after the verbal offer?

I’m a fairly new grad. Got licensed in January and started working in February. I moved across the state for this job taking my family with me. Now 4 months in it’s such a toxic environment. Unethical, unhealthy. I’m looking to apply to other places. Do I put this company on my resume to show I’ve been working since I graduated or is it worse to show I want to leave after only 4 months? Also, absolutely cannot have them contact my current job or use them as a reference. Put them or no?

I have resigned from WIPRO after 1 yoe because I have an offer of 7 LPA from a startup for Salesforce Developer position.
Now Wipro is giving me some bonus of 3.5 L and I'll be having a hike of 10 percent in June 2023 and my CTC will be updated after completion of 1 year of taking the bonus in Feb 2022. Also this is the only offer I have as of now plus there's no proper work I am doing in WIPRO that should be doing in start of career.What should I do?

Got an offer at NatWest chennai. Pay is decent. After submitting resignation, i got promotion initiated as well. But package wise NatWest is way high. Pls pour in your suggestions in terms of job security, propagation regulations in NatWest.

Don’t get me wrong, I like DD and Airbnb, but the $100+/share seems odd to me given that both are susceptible to regulatory and overall consumer confidence. I was able to buy into PLTR for $11/ share fwiw and think that company has better long-term upside prospects.

We always keep hearing about the bad WLB in MBB, especially BCG. Want to know if it's actually true, or is it an untrue rumor spread by people who couldn't get into these companies.

(Note - I am talking about incremental WLB issues, over and above the issues at Deloitte S&O, Accenture Strategy, etc. as these issues are common in management consulting)

Hey everyone, I am a Senior Consultant but in management consulting and I am sort of tired of these very high level projects I am doing. I want to build technical skill sets and get marketable skills. How can I break into salesforce?
I do a lot of proof of concept modelling, slide making, stakeholder management, pm for very high level strategy projects. I have nothing technical in skill other than SQL and using programs like excel or Alteryx. Any tips is appreciated.
