I got a verbal offer from ACN two weeks ago, and the recruiter told me I could expect a written offer in a few days. I haven’t receive it by now…followed up with the recruiter today, and she told me hopefully I will get it over the weekend or by Monday. Is this normal? Should I be worried? The recruiter told me they really wanted me and the team has a lot of projects lining up and I really like the team..Accenture

Can I dm you?
Hi!
I am currently a part of the Xcelerator program, and it has been a great opportunity for me. I came out of college not knowing where my best fit may be, and this program has allowed me to find it and so much more! There is an amazing network full of past and current Xcelerators that I have not only learned a lot but have been able to make friends. Experian also revamped their onboarding process which provided a whole new network of employees who joined the company the same month I did and now I have connections throughout the company, not just my business unit! The company and employees who work with the program understand that our growth is one of the most important things and they genuinely want us to succeed. In saying that, they are always willing to help, and I feel comfortable asking any random question I may have. If you have any questions about the program, please feel free to reach out anytime!

Hi!
I just recently graduated the Xcelerator program and currently in my landing role with Experian. I also share a similar background of joining the program right out of college and being interested in exploring where I could fit in and what else was out there. During my time in the program I had a network of fellow X’ers, mentors and teammates that I could reach out to for any guidance or questions. The teams involved in the program also provide great tools for learning and growing into your role; when I onboarded in my first rotation, I started off paired with a senior dev and learned a lot about the flow of the team, their tech stack, deployment process, etc that I found really helpful and was able to utilize in my next rotation/onboard more efficiently. My manager and rotation manager(s) were also available for regular 1:1s to go over my goals, lingering questions or feedback. I was also pleasantly surprised at how many soft skills I was able to pick up while rotating through different teams that definitely aided in my landing role with collaborating with my current teammates. I'd also be delighted to answer any questions you had!

good
My friend said it was good, she had good networking opportunities.
I have heard really good things about it but have never done it myself.
I haven't yet. But I am also curious about this. I've heard mixed reviews, so I'm hesitant to try it out.
