Went to city md and it was easy! Just walked in, no appt, and filled out their e-sign in. Was in and out in 20 min. Only thing is it took 1 week for me to get results the first time and 2 weeks when I went the second time....pretty unacceptable if you ask me. But that’s not city mds fault...

I went to City MD last Friday evening and got my test first thing Monday morning

Nyc has free rapid testing now

I highly recommend going to the one in Chelsea. It took 5 minutes and all the people working there were so polite and kind. I got the results in 4 hours

NYCHHC community centers are easy, took less than 15 mins total without an appointment and promise results in 3-5 days

Update- got results this afternoon from a Monday morning test (2 days)- thankfully came through SD negative 😂

Currently working at Accenture as a C (promoted Dec ‘19), but I know I ultimately want to make the jump over to Deloitte. I am on track to be promoted to M in the 2021 promo cycle and I know Deloitte would likely knock me down one level either way. Due to COVID-19, it seems like it doesn’t make sense to jump ship for at least another year while things get back to normal. Any thoughts on if it’s better to wait it out and leave after making M (but how long after?) or try to leave earlier? TIA

Anyone have experience with bariatric surgery, good or bad? I’m 6’0, currently 270lb (normal range pre-Covid was 220-250lbs) female recently diagnosed with Graves Disease (thyroid disorder) that has me swinging hormonally all the time affecting my mood and emotional coping skills, metabolic hunger signals, energy levels etc. I’m interested in a consultation and feeling bariatric surgery may a tool to provide some “bumpers” on my weight situation.
