My official title in my previous company was Engineer for four years but 3 years of that, I was doing more on the project management role. How should I write this on my resume? Should I put one PM and one Engineer role even though my official title is only Engineer? I'm leaning towards looking for PM job.

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

I was recently approached by a recruiter regarding a job that piqued my interest. I spoke with two members of the hiring team the following day. The team extended me an offer (supposedly) and the recruiter called and demanded that I make a decision on the spot. I explained to the recruiter that I needed a few days to evaluate everything to make a decision. The recruiter refused my request to have more than 24 hours to make a decision. Has anyone else experienced this? #recruiter
