I have my USCIS online status saying ‘Case was approved and my decision was Emailed’. In this case of emailed approval, do I expect an original notice coming through a mail? US immigration related question: My wife’s prior employer filed in EB2 and she got a i140, but later the employer revoked it after she moved to a new company. The new company started the process all over again and she got her i140 approved, but we realized they filed it in EB3!! Her priority date is current in EB2. Has anyone been in this situation? She was really hoping to file for i485. Is there anyway this can be remediated?

He works for Pwc and had year end discussion in which he is told that they are planning to put him under Performance improvement program post 4th July. His i40 was approved last month, I have 2 questions.
1) If PWC terminates him, will they apply to USCIS for revoking his i40? Does the big 4s generally withdraw?
2) given his scenario, should he just move on to new employer or will he risk or loosing his i40 in this case?

Just received my I140 (Indian EB2). What happens if I lost my job after 180 days? Can I transfer to H4 (my SO on H1), and later file for a H1 using my I140 with a new employer? What is if i go back to india? Can i apply for my H1 anytime (without going through lottery) and move back to US? I am trying to understand how safe is having I140?

Separately EY fishes, do you know if EY withdraws the I140 if you leave the firm before 180 days?

My wife went to consulate today for visa stamping. Her h4 approval is still pending with uscis but i am on h1b and my approval notice has come. Will that be an issue for my wife’s visa to be stamp at the receipt notice?
