I’ve worked as a service tech for a big chain laundry company for about a year and a half almost two, and I feel like my pay rate compared to other big name company’s isn’t the same. Any idea what minimum pay rate for a service tech is?

Option 1: Unicorn, 180k base, 65k per year stocks options (IPO could 3x valuation, similar competitor at 8B valuation), general strategy role

Option2: FANGMULA Product manager, TC 300k

My partner had an interview where a full naked body (either from a roommate or s/o?) was exposed on the interviewers side of their Zoom background. No apology or acknowledgement towards the situation was ever expressed during/after the interview. She decided to bring it up to HR and they completely brushed it off as well. She is emotionally scarred and in such a slump by the situation and job search in general. Is this normal agency behavior, especially from HR?! So grossed out by the response.
