Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

It's hard to progressively overload without weights but if you're willing to be creative it's possible for sure. May need to use household items though for weights.

But in theory sure. Eat in a deficit, get enough protein, and do workouts to maintain or build some muscle. Definitely possible
Yes! Just CorePower yoga - lost 25 lbs since last year- ~15 of those in quarantine just with the home video workouts (was doing other workouts before covid)
Just reread your post and yes- not just weight loss. Built tons of muscle in my arms, abs - 4-pack, and legs — great cardio too
I’m much more toned using a series of apps called Down Dog. There’s primarily yoga, barre, and hiit. I don’t have big muscles, but they’re clearly defined. It also helps me eat healthier just because I feel better working out when I’ve been eating well

Yeah actually, the two times I was in the best shape ever were due to HIIT (consistently for a couple months) and yoga (consistently for about a year)
I was being a party-hard idiot during both periods so while my diet was pretty fine/veg, my liquid calories were through the roof

Thanks everyone! This is super encouraging. I’m looking to get in shape in the next couple months from similar workouts and was hoping I could wait to add in weightlifting until gyms reopen to save the money. I’m glad to hear it’s possible!

Thank you! I’ll definitely check out both of those too!
I got way stronger in my upper body through quarantine after a friend sent me this website and challenged me to be able to do a pull-up (as a woman, they're way harder to do than for guys). I happened to already have a pull-up bar at home, so I started with step 2 in April, did my first real pull-up in years in October, and now can do 5-6 in a row. I def recommend looking into it, especially if you've got a bar. I also was already in shape, since I work out a bunch, but pullups are a different beast
