I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

Believe you only get paid out for current vacation year, but check the policy, not sure
Yeah.. But since the vacation policy change, all vacation hours are considered carry over since Jan
Got my official separation payout information upon separation. Its 0 vacation days.
Not to dog on you OP, but this is why I encourage all my teams and coachees to plan vacation and take it. Even if the policy today says one thing, and you can cash it out when you leave, policies change over night. Cautionary tale
I’ve put it in before the engagement even began and the manager was none to happy that I was going to be gone. My theory is since the firm can’t plan more than a month or two out, then it’s not really my problem.
I also hate the requirement to take PTO,if you have it, over holidays if you’re on the bench. My wife worked for years over the holidays and it was just me at home. I felt no need to waste it on me sitting on the couch.
Maybe I’m not a good consultant as I value work-life balance over a firm who can’t plan.
