Has anyone had any success here with recording a macro to set up a pivot table? For context, I am just looking to run a pivot and then run the macro and have it show the pivot table completed with the right fields in columns, rows, and values and then also formatted how I want. I tried to just record doing the setup of the macro, but I got an error message when trying to rerun.

Has anyone had problems getting their Hubspot blog to rank? I’ve tried everything- no blatant robots.txt blockages and we’ve been consistently blogging for over a year. Seems to be the issue with only pages on Hubspot and not when we post pages to their primary domains on Wordpress!

Buying a condo that has beautiful original dark hardwood floors in the living room, but old dated tiles on the kitchen floor. I’m looking for ideas on changing the kitchen floor tiles. My concern is that it would be impossible for me to find new hardwood that matches the living room because of the age and old charm look of the hardwood in the living room. Any advice? If I go with tiles in the kitchen how to I deal with the transition from hardwood in the living room to tiles in the kitchen?

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. Instead of leaving, I’d love to go back to my “consulting roots” and join the ProServ team. I’m taking my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam next weekend. Hoping this freeze is lifted soon.

Feeling behind at work. I’m relatively new to data/financial modeling. Any advice on learning how to take a client data set, cleaning it up, and turning it into a model for analysis? I’m a new consultant at a boutique and I’ve basically received no training at my company on how to use Excel to do this. Additionally, is this fair game for a new analyst to understand how to do this without any prior training?

Looking to use an XIRR formula with an “As of” date option (as of 12/31, 9/30, etc…) So it would essentially stop pulling dates and values once it hits the date in the “as of” date cell.
