Just learned today that client is cutting the budget and might have to let me go because of my manager rate. I know it's not me but i hate it when this happens because it triggers my anxiety.

I joined tcs few months before I got released from a development project because I couldn't complete training due to covid leaves.

Now RMG is FORCING me to join a Support project in which I'm not interested.

What to do, will they fire me if I don't accept that project? Or anyhow I have to accept that support project??

I have received an offer from Deloitte for ‘Project Delivery Senior Anlyst’ position on some technology preferred provider program. It is hire in advance , that means I should get project ‘after joining’.

As an operations manager I manage budgets/billing process for a portfolio of clients within my agency. My role is partially “risk management” and without being able to refer to a specific figure, I KNOW I have saved the company from write-offs and other financial/client risk. Is there anyone who does a similar role that has implemented a way of tracking “dollars saved” or “would-be write-offs”? I’m trying to quantify/apply value to the work I do in plain dollars and cents.

If the project is good but your salary is not up to market standard. Should we leave the project and look for other opportunities or stay, learn and then move ahead?

At my current firm, been seeing a lot of people get extended until eternity on the same project / clients. One of the big draws of consulting was the variety, which I am not getting here. Just signed with an MBB. Will I finally get project variety or will I continue to work at one client for up to a year?

The situation: New CPG client is running media on social and digital for the first time and needs to answer to higher ups, “Is it working?”

However, there are no historical or category benchmarks and we are in the brand awareness/audience building phase; they understand that we will do retargeting later. They do not want to drive online conversions on their website. We will have some sponsored product advertising (ex. Instacart) later on.

I signed my contract when I joined my company and I negotiated my salary, they did offer a bit more than the initial number but what made me sign it was they mentioned it was qualified for bonus as well. So being new in my career I said that’s great and went ahead and accepted the offer. But now no one has mentioned anything about the bonus and I checked my contract and no where does it mention anything about the bonus. Can anyone help me here. Who can i speak to?
