Hi Accenture folks, I wanted to know how many years does it take for a level 10 employee to get promoted to level 9. Is it the no. of years as level 10 or the overall YOE thats is used to decide the promotion. Other than these two factors I am sure even performance plays an imp role in promotion? I am asking this because accenture has offered me level 10 and my YOE is 2.4 years. So for a person like me to get promoted to level 9, what are the factors they will consider? Accenture

Hi everyone!
The startup I’m with is growing fast and we are hiring Tech recruiters with at least 5yrs of experience:

I’m with them now for 3 months and I never felt as psychologically safe as I feel now — our Head of Talent is incredible, so as our leadership team as a whole. We have a true collaborative culture, and I am learning a lot with them. If you have any questions, feel free to DM or email me at laura@laskie.com :)
I’m looking for some additional tips and/or specific things to focus on in preparation for the multi-round interview process for a role at Amazon Web Services in what I assume is for one of the cloud services team. From what I’ve gathered, is the interviews are largely based on the leadership principles. However, how do I know which would be asked? which would be more related to the role/or team I’d be on? What other types of questions to prepare for leading to the 1-on-1 with the hiring manager
Hey there,
For a recruiter perspective you should use the ones that are tailored towards a certain niche as ones that are generalists don’t have already the right pipelines and take longer to understand the jd/ market they are hiring for.
Those are my two cents I learned as I had to adjust to different clients with different sectors became hectic and ineffective
Thanks! That’s good info

Agencies are a great way to obtain contracts with companies it otherwise may have been difficult to break into. There are some agencies that have huge disconnects and unethical practices, let's be honest. But don't let that discourage you from finding a really good agency that will work with you and put you first as the candidate. I've had my fair share of good agencies and bad agencies but what set them apart was the recruiters that I was working with. I would recommend to still keep an open mind with agencies.
Thank you. Now the question is, how to find the good ones? 😂
