Has anyone had success in getting an interview with either of these recruiting companies? If so, what did you do to stand out?

I’ve applied for several positions that I need felt I qualified for based on my resume & nothing 😒

Starting to feel like they just like collecting resumes lol.

I would like to know about your interview experience.

I think Job Bot is a reposting bot.

The other one. Not sure. But they seem to only post roles with unrealistic comp numbers.

Hey Guys,

I got a call from
Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.

Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.

Please do suggest on this guys.

Infosys

Received a reference form to fill up from an employer - I'm the person being asked to be a reference for someone else.

I thought reference is a call asking me things and find out if I would work with this person again - if so, the answer is yes.

The questions being asked here: what are her strengths and weaknesses, what advice would you give her new manager? Why don't you find out yourself via your interview process? Lazy shits.

What trips me up is the offer letter has already been signed

I've got an interview with a mid-market PE firm and they've asked me for:

Anyone got good resources/best practices for this? Any good ideas for companies and things that can be done to improve them?

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Hey, seeking some help.

I've been asked to walk through a financial model I built as part of case study round for an Infrastructure investor. The model works fine for the inputs they provided but would get stuck when any input in the model is changed and I'm afraid the interviewer has figured that already and will specifically ask what's wrong.

I am unable to find any bugs with the code or why the model wouldn't work. How do I address it and not sound like a complete dumbass to them?!

How do you know when it’s best to stay in your position?

I’m tired of pivoting. I feel like my job has growth potential and I like my company. Also it seems like my company places a lot of emphasis on experience and I can only get that with time.

On the other hand I work on a small team and there is definitely room for improvement. I think the issue is the size of the team? Like, if there were 2-3 more people it wouldn’t be too bad.

I’m conflicted. Thoughts?
