But I didn’t get any development exposure from my current organisation and it’s really hard to crack the interview as everyone is asking questions related to project scenarios. I have accepted an offer from Deloitte UK and have been recently approached by Gartner Consulting for their Data and Analytics team. Confused if I should even given it a try.
The TC ( base + cash benefits ) at Gartner seems to be almost £16k more than Deloitte. Is it worth though given exit ops and quality of projects.

Both roles are for Senior consultant In the Data & Analytics team

I got a job offer that is even higher in base and in a small up and coming cyber company with potential of expansion and promotions given its a startup. My current company just also offered me a RSM role with 6 reports. RSM role pays less as it shows now….tbc
