Hello! I’m going to a wedding soon that has a dress code- and I own a dress in the color but it is latex. The dress is ankle length and looks amazing on me, but I am wondering if it is weird to wear a latex dress to a wedding? Someone I know on Instagram just wore a leather dress to a wedding so I’m wondering if it’d be ok if I wear mine. Also I know it’s summertime, the dress is lined and is a thinner material.

When I applied for this job, I put in a salary expectation of $95k. They warned me that for this level, that was out of their range but I wanted to interview anyway because I was still interested. Interviews went well — they offered my the job AND were able to up it to a senior role so that they could meet my initial expectation. Question is, now that the title changed, do I negotiate for more or is that getting greedy? I’m afraid they would rescind the offer. Please advise!
