Hi Friends! I have a situation here. I am working in a startup company where there is no proper process at all. I am now leaving and I have requested relieving letter and experience letter with roles and responsibilities mentioned in that. But the manger is telling that he can provide only relieving letter which I can use as experience letter also. But in most of the companies, they are asking relieving & Exp letters. What should I do now?Tata Consultancy
I work at Steadily and they definitely offer benefits. Medical, vision, dental, etc. no complaints from me.
They do have really high standards for excellence, but they’re really candid about the expectations and you know exactly what you need to do to be successful. When people are terminated, it’s after they’ve been given every chance to be successful. Nobody has ever been terminated over one bad review.
I interviewed but if you’re over 35, don’t waste your time. Oh and the benefits were a big turn off. They think by paying you 60,000 they don’t have to offer benefits.
Yeah. They will be gone shortly I’d assume. You can treat your employees like machines. 60k can kiss my ass
I have heard really good things about them. I had a friend who worked there and she said the culture and wlb are great. She also said the benefits are good.
