I'm struggling to lose the ten pounds I need to fit into my clothes and feel good about my body. I'm 5'5 and 145. Ive put on around 7-8 pounds since October. I'm recovered from an eating disorder (6 years now) and have completely stopped drinking alcohol (since December) as I was definitely using that to cope, and I feel good about that. Wwyd? I switched to industry working for a director who seems to be hierarchical driven. For example, if I need info from a director in another group, he will insist on reaching out to them & cc’ing me. This doesn’t seem to occur with my peers & their directors in other groups.
