Need advice! Just got a Job offer for VP marketing at an FI. Currently at a co at $151k with 15% bonus and actually want to keep my job. Offer is 175k (7% bonus) with 500/mo car reimbursement and 10k additional per year. Rest of the benefits are comparable. Big difference is the untaxed car/retirement extras.

If you're a math teacher, are you expected to know math content from algebra to calculus, and teach it comfortably? I'm getting back into areas of math that I need to review. Our school uses Foss Kits for Science and I was told when students return, we will need to sanitize all items before and after each use. This doesn’t seem possible in a middle school setting where each period has a 4 minute break and 25 students in each period. What do you do in your classroom to minimize the amount of work needed to clean and sanitize items. I don’t want to short change the students’ hands-on experiences.

Massive mom guilt for working a 45-50 hour work week and having our nanny spend more time with my daughter than me. I know if I was a sahm I would be impatient and miserable but I just feel so sad to know her days are spent without me there/ bonding more closely with someone else (who is absolutely lovely).
