I just started a new job and have only been there for about 3 months but want to start looking for something new for a variety of reasons. Should I include my current role on my resume?

I recently passed my LCSW exam and I am waiting to receive my official licensure Information in the mail. I interviewed for a position that requires the LCSW and received an offer to start as an MSW and eventually get my salary bumped once my licensure and credentialing is complete. They told me how much the salary was for MSW level but said they could not tell me the LCSW salary until I had my licensure number. Is this standard practice for a LCSW position in a clinic?

Had a friend strike it very big with his startup (think NW above 1B+). All well and good for him - I’m overall happy for him though he’s not fully acknowledging how big a role luck played. That’s fine; what’s less fine is seeing how our friend circle is treating him like a god like deity now. Dudes rich - great but why is he suddenly deserving of all our respect and praise? Yah he can buy some more yachts houses and cars but chill people.

I have an opportunity for CSM role with a healthcare tech company in the Mountain View and they offering 90k with 20k variable. When I chat with the team they say that the metrics behind the variable change almost every quarter. This would be a step back in terms of salary, but they are offering equity and growing 150% YoY. The 110 all in seems like a low ball?!? Any good questions I could ask to better asses comp here?

What’s the groups consensus on what could be a misleading job posting? The post below is for a Director level role, but if you read the req. you’ll notice that it’s actually a CSM role with a vague assurance that you may move up to Director… Personally, this kind of stuff grinds my gears.

Hi All! I am an EHR Specialist for a dermatologist and plastics practice of 13 offices. Currently I provide EHR support for roughly 200 plus clinical employees (providers, a laboratory and supporting clinical staff) alone.
