Are any digital agencies forcing employees to return to the office yet, or has the industry, being digital-oriented, bucked the trend? Seeing an exodus from people at our clients (I'm on the agency side) where the company is forcing employees back, but the digital teams find the request irrelevant and are just leaving for fully-remote jobs.

Hey guys. I feel like Target is trying to low ball me. I have over 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain. I applied to a Senior Inventory Analyst position and they gave me $82500. I thought there would be some room for negotiation but they’re making it seem like I have to accept that offer. What are your thoughts on this salary?
I also want to state I live in Atlanta and under the job description their salary range for Colorado was $65k-118k… what are your thoughts on this?

Thanks for starting this bowl. One of the things I find challenging is making small talk with coworkers about holiday plans etc, when you’re forced to explain that you’re not spending holidays with your family. They then launch into some “well-meaning” advice about life being too short and me only having one family. It’s hard to resist the urge to point out that this was not a decision I took lightly, and that they are severely out of turn. I’m tired of smiling and nodding 😒

Since May I’ve been playing rash whack a mole and docs only said: not fungus, not psoriasis, here’s cortisone. The cortisone cures the local rashes but at this point I’ve applied it almost everywhere on my body for the P3M and once an area heals another flares up with a slightly new version. As a woman, I must say, the most startling change in this WFH new normal is that I’ve now seen 100% of my male colleagues on my team join video conference calls in their boxers. No judgement or anything, just a huge change from the people I usually spend Mon-Thu with.

How bad is it if a woman doesn’t wear any makeup at work? I do have spots and light acne on face (obviously depending on my cycle time) but I hardly wear any makeup. It’s usually just an eye liner and light lipstick. Whenever I wear makeup (I don’t know how to do make up and I just use BB cream mainly) I get more acne. That’s one of the main reasons (other than not having to wear a bra all day) I hate going to work and found WFH much better. contd..
