Additionally hows the job security for this kind of roles ? Can i also be part of delivery ? My YOE is 11.4 years and designation is Data Engineering Associate Manager. Accenture

Have you gotten your thyroid levels checked?
Yes. It is normal.
You are going bald bro... Just shave!
Not a bro :) so shaving my head isn't an option just yet
You should consider adding good quality vitamin D, magnesium and possibly something like nutrafol.
Thanks

Yes, but I also had low iron. Sadly I didn’t think to get my levels checked until my hair started falling out in chunks (I’m a woman), even though I had a lot of the symptoms (they just seemed like depression). I had to supplement for about a year to get my levels back up but it worked and my hair is full and healthy now

Hair did take a while for me (maybe around 6 months to start feeling fuller). you’ve got this 💪
Consider taking liquid vitamin D instead of a pill form
Are you sure the cause is (only) vitamin d levels and not make pattern baldness (genetic), stress, etc?
Pattern baldness doesn't run in my family. All my blood work and autoimmune tests are good. The only thing low is vitamin d. The hair loss is in one patch. I.e. one spot emerging on the side of my head. The rest of my scalp is fine.
I’d consider getting a blood test and then supplementing with D3. I take 8,000 IU’s per day but will probably increase this during the winter months since my skin will not be exposed to the sun.
