In PWC HR mentioned that u will get minimum 8% Variable Pay and that can go upto 20% based on your performance. Which sales role would would YOU rather have? Be honest..

1. 200k working 30-35 hours a week
2. 275k working 40-45 hours a week
3. 400k working 55+ hours a week

Think of these as different roles and how many hours the job takes to be successful in it to make that amount in your W2. Working more will not make you more and working less gets your fired.

Got an offer for Sr. A.E selling SaaS. $150K base, OTE $275K and 20,000 RSU (5 years vest) but value of RSU is undisclosed since this is a startup.
