Anyone else in tech just absolutely hate working in tech? Especially right now with tech being mostly made up of scams like NFTs/Crypto; tech companies working for things like ICE; worker treatment being so bad... Not to mention the general problems like AGILE meaning products get pushed out half baked and it's up to those of us who aren't SLT to placate clients who were sold the moon and get a product that doesn't work.

It's just so exhausting working for companies who actively harm the world.

Recently started as a manager at current company, been here for 8-10 weeks. I realized I just don’t wanna work here anymore and feel like I need to change a function. Then I got an offer from a company I had been in talks with for a role I’ve been wanting. I need to give a notice to my manager and not sure how to do it.
