What’s your dream client-side gig?
We have a super sweet FL to FT strategy gig here at Lemonade.
It's basically the dream assignment (in my opinion) where you get to sketch more than just marketing strategy, but also product positioning.
For a disruptor company that's also a B-Corp. And where behavioral economics is king.

try getting into agencies like rga or akqa or even ps and mrm McCann these days have u/x capabilities where you can build your resume up as an experience or content strategist to transfer over
although to your question, it's pretty tough to get in as a pure u/x strategist and the ones I've seen successfully made it are senior level where they tend to oversee digital marketing or experience and can bring their other marketing skillsets as a selling point.
Doing it now. I have strong digital and brand experience which helps. Think it would be hard to go with only brand agency experience. I’m debating if I want to do courses or not, or just continue to work with UX and CX and learn on the job. I also think CX work might be a bit easier to transition to than UX (for me anyway.)
Re. CX I’ve seen a mix. It’s usually tied to a business challenge e.g. how do you migrate people from one channel/product/service to another? How do you enable services and transactions with fewer employees and less square footage. That can sometimes be support.
And other times it’s stuff like “how do we create a great experience for our MVP customers?”
Just curious, have you taken an UX courses to help build that skillset?
1) how did you go about learning the software? Assuming you use sketch/figma and invision.
2) what’s your salary as a UX strategist and what would it be if you were Sr. UX strategist?
3) what’s the difference between a UX designer and a UX strategist?
Ux is different from digital strategy. Are you trying to do ux or more experience strategy?
