I moved from a business analyst role to a management role and didn't get a raise even though I'm taking on significantly more work. The terrible market conditions are what my boss pointed to. Just passed my notary public exam and going for the notary signing agent test next. I would like to gain some experience with the notary public and put the skills to the test. I’ve recently signed a FT offer for FAANG and just received an offer for equity from the startup I am currently working for as long as I continue to provide consulting/advisory support (a few hours a week) as I have a lot of their institutional knowledge.
