I’m using Tria. Three sessions in and it seems like hair on legs down 50 percent. Pleased with early results. Easy to use. I have fair skin and dark hair. Five intensity settings, and I vary which I use depending on sensitivity of skin. Battery only lasts 30 min (500-600 pulses), which is the lower half of one leg. Then it takes two hours to recharge. So it’s slow to get through your legs with all that charging time and you can’t use whole plugged in. That and the cost are cons.

Which tria do you have - was thinking of the super tiny one coz the places I need to “touch up” are the underarms
Yes I did and it’s somewhat effective but you have to do a lot more. It’s obviously not as strong and effective as getting it professionally done. Make sure it has good reviews! I got one that was just $99 to test it and I use it like every other day lol I noticed a decrease but there are some stubborn hairs ones on my face, which is the hardest place to remove because of hormones Ideal to have fair skin and dark hair. Otherwise, leave it to the professionals because you don’t wana burn if you have dark skin. If you have light hair, get out of this thread and be grateful!😆
I’m interested in laser. I heard of Kenzzie, but I’m skeptical. All off the great things I’ve heard about Kenzzie has come from influencers that were given the product for free
Be weary of products that remove hair with a laser (from the surface of skin). I’ve noticed some tools try to pass as laser hair removal but don’t damage the follicle to prevent re-growth
If it doesn’t mention lasers strong enough to address the follicle, it’s probably just burning hair from the surface
I’m actually trying IPL hair removal now because of a kenzzi review! I decided against getting the Kenzi bc I found a lot of comments saying their device wasn’t working after a couple of uses and they’re based out of Australia so their customer service isn’t easy to reach. I found one on amazon for $99 and I’ve only used it once. Some people say to do it weekly and others say you have to do it once every 4-6 weeks depending on the hairs growth cycle. I’m going to give it 3 months and 6 attempts before I make a judgment, but I think it’s working? Not sure yet, it’s definitely not a dramatic change if there is one. I might also not have the right skin tone for it because I am south Asian, not sure.
Yes it’s for sure worth it just shop around and do your research on their equipment! Also be mindful of tattoos if you have any, they should not zap it or you’ll burn
I tried this, sold it and went back to salon. Forgot what brand but it was about $400 at home laser, at the time it was the first FDA approver at home. Didn’t see any results, with the salon, I’m about 90% there and only need to go 1/2 times a year!

I did it 6 years ago and loved it but I need to go for the touch ups at some point but I’d rather do it at home if there’s a good option
If I were you, I would make sure it is going to work on your skin tone. I did a lot of research before I got mine done by the professionals.
Thanks for all your input, appreciate it! I tried laser last year (sartori laser) and absolutely loved it. I’m south asian too but have fair skin and dark hair so it worked pretty well. I’m on a medicine for a few months where I cannot undergo laser and would love to get it done again but its soo expensive :/
