Has anyone here used AWS snowball or snowmobile on a project? What’s the situation you all ran in to?

I’m all for Agile, but when you have 4 stand ups for one project... there’s a problem. Trying to coach my team that more meetings isn’t the solution, but not getting through to them. Any advice?

And we call ourselves problem solvers for client?? Can’t even creat our own timelines properly. Imagine having the review deadline on the day of Christmas ?

I’m from the Account side but I’m looking to switch things up in my career and move over to Project Management. At my current agency the role I have been holding doesn’t seem to have that type of transition opportunity. Due to that lack of flexibility I have been searching for hybrid or remote options. Auto Ml and No Code Ml. I haven't used these tools, but checking in the community if anyone has hands on experience and recommendations. It seems like a good way to go for a medium size enterprise to rapidly deploy and test ML use cases. Create tangible value, present to upper management establishing credibility for budget, and continue growing the team and skillets, eventually moving into more customization requiring correlated technical skillets. What's the verdict guys?
