Like a product with bp? Like oxy or something? Sure. It is drying AF, so it’s best for spot treatments vs whole areas. And if your skin is sensitive or dry already, don’t use maximum strength.
Gel, 5% to be applied twice daily
Yes, just make sure you have towels/pajamas/sheets you don’t care about cuz everything will get bleached
Jump past peroxide. Get a retinol.

Well they do different things. Retinoids help with the cell turnover and benzoyl peroxide kills bacteria. Note that they should not be used at the same time because when the chemicals in them mix they neutralize and disable each other! I only learned that recently after using both at the same time together for years! 🤦🏽♀️
My dermatologist just prescribed it to me. She said she uses it herself for spot treatment
I have hormonal acne due to PCOS, so I get a random spots on my face but primarily my chin. Wearing a mask has made them increasingly worse and after I saw my derm for two spots that became hard lumps, she recommended clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide gel

I use a benzoyl peroxide wash on my whole face and back daily or every other day depending on how bad my skin is at any given moment. I have a very oily and acne prone skin. I don’t find it too drying just because I’m so darn oily

Usually I use that generic CVS brand or when it’s on sale I will get PanOxyl or whatever it’s called
It did nothing but burn my face and bleach everything my face came into contact with 😂
I'm vegetarian anyway but went super strict vegan for ~6 months, cut out processed foods, cut down on sugar and sat fat etc.
Upped my veg intake to around 10 portions and made sure to get 1 or 2 portions of cruciferous veg a day
Added plenty of healthy fats by way of a mix of nuts and avocados and a mix of protein from different sources
Like basically just vegan but spent so much time making sure all nutritional bases were covered
Added junk food back in 3 months ago and I broke out again 🤣 at least I know what my skin responds to now I guess
Spironolactne cleared all my acne plus complexion
Spiro is a mild blood pressure medication and in low doses works to combat acne. Accutane is a hard core med, if you're a lady, it requires you to to be on two forms of birth control because if you conceive a child during your time on it the fetus is incredibly disformed...just gives you an idea of how strong it is..plus little to no drinking and sun exposure.
Derm will decide which is best for you to solve your acne for me, mine is mild and comes and goes so I decided to opt for Spiro plus topical and if that didn't work I would go on accutane. So far so good but I'm afraid if I go off, my complexion will worsen. You likely won't have that issue if accutane is successful for you! My sister just completed her accutane journey, had little to no side effects and is so happy with her results! Best of luck to you too :)
