Asking on behalf of my parent who I think is severely under compensated and needs to go elsewhere:

- Associate Director at a F100 w/15+ YOE in this industry
- Has an MBA and a PMP

BCG sent me a quant test (4 weeks after applying) that was due two weeks ago. The email said that post that deadline, I should receive a decision on my application within two weeks. My question was why do parents of boys ask dowry especially govt job?
Even if the guy is open minded, why don't you talk to your parents and explain it to them that it's not a good practice.

I’ve received and submitted three 6-12 month contracts for~$55/hr in the last 3 business days. In the last month I’ve had around 15 recruiters in my inboxes, and I’ve applied to ~100 of jobs on LinkedIn easy apply. I’ve cussed out three recruiters, I’ve taken 5 two coding tests — passed 2 - then got rejected. Other 3 I failed.
I am numb.. I don’t even know which recruiters to take seriously anymore. Holy shit. Im just signing contracts away every week day at this point and hoping they stick but

I’m 21. Maybe I just got lucky, but working in Apple retail was an incredible experience. I was only there for 7 months, but it was enough time to know it’s a place filled with love and laughter. Walking in other Apple Store’s I can feel the energy and I genuinely believe my store was unique. Managers cared and coworkers were connected. I’m going to miss talking about Apple with people, but definitely not helping indecisive assholes try on 30 different Apple Watch bands; they can suck my balls.
