Does anybody have any advice when applying to postings with many applicants and getting noticed? Culture and WLB are great. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend it.
Great culture and learning/growth opportunities. One of the more diverse teams I've worked on, too, which is valuable to me. Pay isn't always the highest in the market but for the time I was there it was worth it to be on a low-stress team.

I worked for them for nearly 3 years. I'm a seasoned professional and have seen them all. DFS is a top notch outfit, one of the best out there. Compensation is excellent. At my interviews they were more concerned about how I might fit and contribute than proving every detail of my technical abilities.
