Dear Capgeminians, I am getting an end to end telecom architect role in Capgemini. I'm 12+ years of experience. What is the work culture there. Is work life balance good?. Are they planning for hybrid model or 100% back to office ??... Are they paying good as per market demand.. I want to get some info before I go for salary negotiation. It will be bad to waste both of our time if i decided not to go, hence trying to collect info..please your feedback on this ... Capgemini

Culture and WLB are great. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend it.

Great culture and learning/growth opportunities. One of the more diverse teams I've worked on, too, which is valuable to me. Pay isn't always the highest in the market but for the time I was there it was worth it to be on a low-stress team.
