Great culture and learning/growth opportunities. One of the more diverse teams I've worked on, too, which is valuable to me. Pay isn't always the highest in the market but for the time I was there it was worth it to be on a low-stress team.

Slalom Consulting fishes! I just had a positive interview for a couple of positions: (1) Organization Effectiveness consultant and (2) Agile Solution Owner, Leadership Delivery . What’s your take on these roles? Also the pay range for these roles were very wide so I’m a little concerned about what they’d offer as well :/ Appreciate any insight and TIA!

In bit of a unique situation. Started at MBB 2-3 months ago and am getting interviews for PE firms with a start date of summer 2022. Have always wanted to move to the buyside as a long term career path but debating whether to engage in these 2022 processes or hold off for on cycle. At the beginning of the pandemic, some Publicis Sapient top and mid managers renounced a part time of their salaries, in an effort to show compassion for lower income colleagues and people forced into cutting hours or terminated.

Now, these managers get a bonus to offset what they renounced, plus some. There are still people working shorter hours, not receiving any bonus. Yay.

Hi got selected in cts and still have 85 days(90 days notice) time to prepare for next offers, but hr from cognizant is sending mails to submit docs, if I submit docs now
1. Would I not be able to join other company if I get better offer?
2. If I dnt submit till one month pending, can they refuse offer or joining bonus?

Do third party recruiters take a cut from the base salary of a candidate? Or do they get referral fee as if it were an internal referral? These third party recruiters call me for jobs that pay 30% less than my current base. Are they unable to assess candidate experience or corresponding roles, salary expectations accurately? Recently, in all calls and emails I received, they are all way below my current base.
