Looking at applying for the Family Law Associate position at Fox Rothschild. Any insight on billables, salary, and culture at the Philadelphia office is appreciated.
Slalom Consulting fishes! I just had a positive interview for a couple of positions: (1) Organization Effectiveness consultant and (2) Agile Solution Owner, Leadership Delivery . What’s your take on these roles? Also the pay range for these roles were very wide so I’m a little concerned about what they’d offer as well :/ Appreciate any insight and TIA!
FYI: I’m in a HCOL area
Worth leaving a big bank to take a higher up role at a start-up fin tech (pre-ipo). Huge decision - comp will be better, but worried about long term growth potential
All of us want the same thing! Money- Flex Timing- Great Culture- Respect - Value in what we are doing!
We, the employees make an organization. If all of us want the same thing, how come the culture of that organization still remains the same! Why can’t we be the pioneer? Thoughts…
How come BCG is hiring so aggressively? Looks like people are interviewing left and right.
Soon I'm going to start looking for a new job, but I want to be prepared this time around and be better at negotiating my salary. Does anyone have any advice, recommended books, or helpful resources?
What what if I bomb one interview out of 4 on super day McKinsey & Company? Instant reject?
In bit of a unique situation. Started at MBB 2-3 months ago and am getting interviews for PE firms with a start date of summer 2022. Have always wanted to move to the buyside as a long term career path but debating whether to engage in these 2022 processes or hold off for on cycle. Would be super helpful if anyone had some insight or pros/cons on this situation. Thanks in advance!
Had ~1 year of experience prior to joining my current firm at a T2 (EYP, OW)
When partners retire and the company sends them on a golden parachute, does that affect local staff salary increases and bonuses? Or are they not related at all?
At the beginning of the pandemic, some Publicis Sapient top and mid managers renounced a part time of their salaries, in an effort to show compassion for lower income colleagues and people forced into cutting hours or terminated.
Now, these managers get a bonus to offset what they renounced, plus some. There are still people working shorter hours, not receiving any bonus. Yay.
Has anyone gone through the interview process for a BizOps role at LinkedIn? Would love any insights or tips
Hi got selected in cts and still have 85 days(90 days notice) time to prepare for next offers, but hr from cognizant is sending mails to submit docs, if I submit docs now
1. Would I not be able to join other company if I get better offer?
2. If I dnt submit till one month pending, can they refuse offer or joining bonus?
Do third party recruiters take a cut from the base salary of a candidate? Or do they get referral fee as if it were an internal referral? These third party recruiters call me for jobs that pay 30% less than my current base. Are they unable to assess candidate experience or corresponding roles, salary expectations accurately? Recently, in all calls and emails I received, they are all way below my current base.
Actually had a client ask if findings can still be changed after the report's been issued since June... Lol what
