Hoping for some advice re: job interviews. How can I respond to questions around measurable impacts of my marketing work on revenue? In previous roles because of lack of resources / attribution system we could only measure things like leads, attendance rate, click rate etc. not the actual final impact on B2B revenue generated. Very good feedback always from management & I believe I did a great job, but feeling I couldn’t point out to real final outcomes. Afraid this will hurt my chances.

I’m a Sr. Bi Analyst looking for new opportunities due to company instability and poor managerial guidance. For the past 1.5yrs, I’m finding myself in meetings most of the day and delegating to IT to fix or create views in the DB. When looking at other sr Bi roles in tech companies, seems they emphasize on heavy SQL skills. I’m worried my sql skills are not up to par (I’m strong in tableau). Any tips for interviewing elsewhere for Sr.BI roles?. Do all tech bi interviews require sql tests?

Interviews are very frustrating. Currently I'm paid pretty good but the tasks are extremely boring.

My problem: I don't get a big salary jump anywhere I interview with. Even if I write my salary expectations, they still invite me but always tell me this is not within their budget (although the interviews go great).

In my current company I am getting really depressed. But I am dependend on a high salary (paying for my parents), so I can't take less.
