Hello, I just had to vent a little and maybe ask for your opinion. So I’ve been working at my job for four years now and I’ve never gotten a promotion. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do. I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
